Ultimately I want to avoid having to get a new interface just because of the software change from Pro Tools to Logic X, especially since it's been so good and reliable to me, and still works great. Anything to watch out for? This early version of MBox has a USB 2.0 interface which would be compatible with my Thunderbolt ports, and plenty fast enough for audio transmission. (Something that the Symphony I/O unit from Apogee lacks in spite of its high price). It also provides phantom power for my condenser mics. It's a very solid, 2 input unit and plenty versatile enough for my guitar recording needs.
